1. ENTER THE FEMININE DOORWAY
When the world is loud, demanding and confusing, it is important to create moments of silence and introspection. The Challenge of this month is to create more of these moments, to regulate your nervous system and find information within.
Know that
THE MASCULINE IS EXTRAVERTED. THE FEMININE IS INTROVERTED.
• For the masculine, the primary source of information is outside of himself – he finds information by observing and researching, and tends to rely on science, statistics, figures and objectivity.
• For the feminine the primary source of information is within – she feels and senses things, often long before they become obvious. Only then she wants to check if what she feels makes sense in the outer world.
• If the outside world becomes confusing, it is vital to open that inner door. Because there you can find stillness and a wealth of information.
How do you open that feminine door? Simply by shifting your attention from the outside world to your body and focus on your heart and breath.

QUESTIONNAIRES
Check your intention
You cannot create without a pure intention. So, when starting this journey, check in and see what your true intention is.
• Is there a full YES to start this journey with yourself?
• What can you commit to? (It can be big or small, but define it clearly.)
• What do you need to make that inner commitment work? Allow yourself to receive that support.
• Determine where and when you will do this inner work: In a specific room, your car, a place in nature? How many times a week or month, and at what time?
• Do a brief evaluation at the end of the week: Did I take some time for myself and for the Journey this week? And if not – why didn’t I? Don’t judge, just notice.
Questions for self-reflection
• How do you feel right now? Find 3 words that describe your current feelings.
• If you scan your body from head to toe: what part of your body is calling for your attention? What is it telling you? What does it need?
• Is there anything you need at the moment? Can you give it to yourself? If your answer is ‘no’, or ‘not now’, why is that? Could you offer it to yourself in a different form?
• How are you experiencing the current phase in your life?
• What area of your life is most satisfying right now? (Career, health, family, relationships, home, pets, hobbies, etc.) Do you take enough time to appreciate this? Express your gratitude for 3 things in your life that are going really well.
• What area of your life is troubling you most right now? What exactly is causing you worry? Can you make it specific?
• On a scale of 1 to 10, how intense is the crisis your are currently experiencing? Does it require an immediate solution, or can you take your time?
• Can you cope with the situation as it is on your own, or do you need external support or advice? If so, who would be the best person to reach out to first? What kind of help do you need? Can you block out time in your calendar to contact or meet that person?
• If the crisis is not urgent (you are safe right now), what specific question would you like answered? Write it down and carry that question with you throughout the day. Allow the answers to come to you.
In a mystic mood?
• What does the feminine portal mean to you?
• What is your primary physical gateway to the feminine? Your heart, your vagina and womb, your third eye, or something else?
• How do you access it most easily? Through meditation, dance, music, or another practice?
• Do you have an inner guide that you converse with? Who is he/she?
• Which layer of yourself do you connect with most easily: your bodily sensations? Your emotional world? Your thoughts? Your visions?
TIPS
• When the outside world over-triggers you, consciously shut out external noise, voices that try to influence you, screens that distract and disempower you - and yes, also A.I. advice - and feed that inner silence. The best place to be, in times of crisis and chaos, is in the eye of the storm: the still point within.
• Don’t restrict ‘Me Moments’ to meditating on a pillow. Connecting with yourself can take many different forms: walking in nature, gardening, washing the dishes, waiting for a bus, or even taking a quiet moment in the bathroom at work. Create tiny pockets of time to turn inward and check: How am I doing right now? What is going on in my body?
• Start every day with a short interaction with yourself: what requires my attention today? What is my true priority? What is important for me to know? Then start your day. Your actions will be different, more authentic.
• Actively regulate your nervous system, by focussing on the here and now (are you safe in the moment?), slowing down your breath, grounding yourself, or coregulating your nervous system in the presence of a calm person you trust.
• Don't try to grasp everything with your mind, the mind will drive us crazy. Rather concentrate on the heart. It will relax you, give you a broader vision, and make you look at the world through different eyes.
• Replace scrolling with 'scanning' yourself. How many hours did you spend scrolling today? And how many did you spend strengthening your natural feminine skills? Replace just one scrolling session with a moment to ‘scroll’ or ‘scan’ your inner world. Scan your body from top to toe. Scan your emotions or thoughts.
• Turn the Zoom gatherings – and all ‘Me Moments’ in between – into a ritual. Create a sensory anchor for the exact moment you consciously connect with this journey. For instance, you could go to a specific room, wear the same comfortable clothes, light a candle, sit on a specific cushion, place symbols on your altar or table, play a specific song, or diffuse a beautiful scent. Choose something that clearly marks the beginning of your Me Moment or Zoom call. Repeat it every time. It will literally program your brain.
CONVERSATIONS WITH MY INNER GUIDE, ZET
My Dutch book contains several full dialogues with my inner guide, giving me advice on how to deal with a world in crisis. Zet urged me to share his words with others. As the full dialogues are not in the English book, I offer them here:
1. Short introduction
A. Hello, who’s speaking?
Z. ‘Just call me Zet. I am your alter ego, your healer, your helper, your guide. I am always in you, because I am you, we are one. You know me very well, I was also the man in your dream, a long time ago. It was my task to call you. It has taken many years to get you to this point, but now we can finally communicate and that’s a relief. I will guide you and keep you informed about everything you need to know. Let’s enjoy each other’s company.’
A. How should I see you?
Z. ‘You will gradually start to understand me and my task better and better, but at the moment you can see me as an old man, a grandfather who has seen more of the world than you and who wants to share this knowledge with you. Do with it what you want, but I myself would like to slowly embark on a joint adventure so that we can share the information with the world. It could come in handy.’
A. (slightly ashamed) You don’t mean that I should share this with others, do you?
Z. (laughs) ‘What do you think? Do you think that you are going through this experiment, this uncertainty, this emptiness, these fears purely for yourself? No. There is nothing you are experiencing on this journey that isn’t collectively necessary for times to come. This is also the reason why you have subconsciously chosen to embark on this experiment. Of course, you don’t have to tell the whole world about it, but you can gradually share the information you receive with others. Start by sharing it with good friends. Take them on your journey, talk about your experiences, help each other overcome challenges. Yes, you can use me for this (smiles) because that is exactly why I’m talking to you. Do use me. Use me smartly.’
A. You advice me (and others) to follow my intuition and seek stillness within, instead of acting out in the world. But I take an important financial risk by not manifesting myself professionally. What would you advice me in this?
Z. ‘You will realise that you are being taken care of, because you are listening to the inner call. That is the favour we return to those who engage themselves. We take care. But first you need to take the time to go deeper into who you are, into your own wisdom. That takes silence and time. It doesn’t just happen overnight.'
A. Why is it important to question myself every day?
Z. ‘Because then you can be fully present in the now, realising what is happening and necessary at that moment. This living in the moment is necessary for the process. This is not easy in a world that likes planning ahead, but it is necessary for the path you are following. In this way, you will be able to hear what you need to do every day. Don’t run ahead, don’t linger in the past, but just be in the now. Keep up the pace. It has to move forwards, but at the same time there is no hurry, it needs to be effortless. No stress, no expectations, just receiving what comes your way. That is the easiest way, because we will take you on a journey. We’re going to take you a long way – all the way home.’
A. Home?
Z. ‘Yes, we’re taking you home. Does that surprise you? (smiles) Home is where the heart is, after all. Home is what we call the place in and outside yourself where you really belong. We are determined to take you there – whatever needs to be done, because we are aware of the fact that you are quite reluctant. Rest assured: we won’t force you; it will be a beautiful journey. But you will end up in a place you had never even thought possible. Let us lead you there.’
A. Eh, and who is we?
Z. ‘Well, it may sound strange, but when you leave the physical reality by turning your attention inwards, you are in a whole different field. A field of connection, where there is less disparity between what you would call individuals. From this we-element you are able to better experience the connection of all that lives. I, too, am connected with much more than myself. You could call it the collective intelligence of Life, which you can imagine as a great Cosmic Mother. Ii is time you meet her.'
