Thank you for following us on our quest through the Amazon Forest in Brazil, leading to the worldwide Ceremony for the Earth on November 20. This whole quest is an invitation to reconnect to the vibrant web of life, that we are intrinsically part of, as humanity, while our divided and technological world is disconnecting us from it. So let's actively re-discover the interconnectedness of things - ánd our role in it, as humans.

2. EXPLORING THE AMAZON FOREST
Earth Heart and our trip to the Amazon is about reconnection. It is about reconnecting us to each other as humanity, and reconnecting us to the Earth as our home planet, meaning: to the natural world, the grid of life, the enormous and wonderful biosphere we, humans, are intrinsically part of. In our stressful, busy world, surrounded by concrete and technology, it is not easy to reconnect to that living grid. In fact everyday life makes us actively disconnect from it. That's why we are invited to the so-called 'Mother Places of the World', the rain forests, where that biosphere is still extremely strong and palpable.
So let's start this journey with exploring the Amazon forest, and reconnecting to the Earth, listening to her message...
3. RE-INTEGRATING THE POWERS OF NATURE
The jungle is a magnificent interdependent and interconnected biosphere of plants and animals of all sorts. All forms of life in nature have their own qualities and energies and all mirror parts of our own bodies and psyche. By reconnecting with them, we can reconnect with forgotten aspects of ourselves. By reconnecting we don't only empower ourselves, but also the plants and animals, because we recognize their value in the system. So let's explore our powers by meeting our power animal... but also our sores, by acknowledging the scars on our hearts.
4. MEETING THE GREEN GODDESS
Entering the Virgin Forests is an initiation. It is like being received by the Mother Goddess herself. Goddesses exist in many forms. Mostly we speak about the White One, the Red One and the Black One, representing the Maiden, the pure one; the Mother, the creative one; and the Crone, the older wise woman who knows about life and death. But when connecting to Mother Earth, we can also encounter the Green One, the Goddess that connects us to nature, to the heart, and to the emerald world. Let's discover which parts of her world she is opening up to you...
5. FACING OUR SHADOWS & KARMA
Reconnecting to the natural world might be challenging. Because as we want to reconnect, we also feel what made us disconnect, and what we are disconnected from. These are the aspects of ourselves that we pushed in the shadow and are alienated from. They may be beautiful, empowering aspects of ourselves, but also painful ones. The fact that we are attracted to the Amazon (or other places on Earth) may be part of old karma and connected to the wish to restore and heal what was once destroyed. The Amazon has several medicinal plants that help us remember hidden parts of ourselves. We can meet them energetically and let them speak to us...
6. RECONNECTING TO THE MOTHER TREE
A wonderful movie that helps us reconnect to nature, tp the grid of life, to our own indigenous soul, and face our karma connected to the destruction of the natural world, is the movie Avatar. In the first movie there is a magical scene in which all inhabitants of Pandora actively connect to the Mother Tree, their Sacred Source of Life. In the Amazon and other power places on Earth, we can also feel such a magical and powerful vortex of life that strongly fuels the whole ecosystem. Many cultures have myths and stories about this Tree of Life, that is connecting the three world: the cosmic world, the earthly plane and the underworld or the subconscious. We invite you to reconnect to that deep sacred source of life...

When traveling our story develops intuitively. By slowing down, opening our heart and focusing on our inner world, sacred space opens up; the mythological world beyond time and space that gives us deeper insights about the world and our role in it as humanity.
In this chapter we share what we encounter during our trip through the Amazon, short messages or spoken diaries, as pieces of the puzzle, gradually revealing what wants to be seen and heard.
